Can I Order Just One Custom Shirt?

Traditional screen printing requires creating a physical screen for each color in a design — that setup cost only makes sense to spread across a larger order, which is why many shops set minimums of 12, 24, or more pieces. We primarily print using DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers, which have no per-color setup cost. That means a single shirt costs the same to set up as the first shirt in a 100-piece order — so there's no need to force a minimum on you.

A one-of-a-kind birthday, anniversary, or memorial shirt. Replacing a single lost or damaged team jersey. Testing a design before committing to a bulk order. Personal projects that don't need a whole batch.

Most single-shirt orders are ready in 2-5 business days, same as bulk orders, with rush options available if you need it faster.

Is a single shirt more expensive per-piece than a bulk order?

Bulk orders do get better per-piece pricing, but a single shirt is priced fairly on its own — there's no inflated "small order fee."
