When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, project details, and any artwork or files you upload.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Our contact and quote form is processed through Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to data submitted through our forms — see their privacy policy for details.
File Uploads & Artwork
If you upload artwork or design files through our quote form, that content is used solely for the purpose of preparing your quote or order and is not shared with third parties beyond what's necessary to process your request.
Data Retention
We retain quote and order information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and for reasonable business record-keeping purposes.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file for you, or to request that it be deleted, using the contact information below.

Customer portal and Story Tag media
If you create a My RCV Account, we process your verified sign-in identity, contact information, order requests, submitted artwork and any optional photos, audio or video you upload. Private file storage is used for submitted media; files are not intentionally published to our public gallery or shared with other customers without permission.
Only submit recordings, artwork and images that you have the right and consent to use. Do not upload confidential health records or sensitive financial identifiers. Story Tag recipient access, retention periods and deletion options will be explained before any public or recipient share link is issued. Customer files should be backed up independently; we do not guarantee free permanent hosting.
Square handles card checkout on its hosted payment pages. Venmo transactions are handled by Venmo. RCV receives payment status and reference details only as needed to reconcile invoices, issue receipts and respond to customer questions. A Venmo payment report submitted by a customer does not independently verify receipt of funds.
