Orders & Quotes

Quotes provided by Roxbury Custom Vinyl are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request (quantity, garment type, design complexity, and print locations). Final pricing is confirmed before production begins.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 2-5 business days after artwork approval, unless otherwise noted. Rush service (same-day or next-day) may be available for an additional fee, depending on order size and current production capacity.

Artwork & Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork proofs before production. Once a design is approved, changes may not be possible without restarting the order and may incur additional charges or delays.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs to us, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that its use does not infringe on any third party's trademark or copyright. Roxbury Custom Vinyl is not responsible for verifying ownership of customer-supplied artwork.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quote. Orders generally begin production once payment (or an agreed deposit) is received.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled or changed before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, and materials/labor costs already incurred may not be refundable.

Reprints & Issues

If there's a printing error on our part (incorrect design, size, or color from what was approved), contact us and we'll make it right. Because these are custom-made items, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues that weren't communicated in advance — when in doubt, ask us before ordering.

Shipping & Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Roxbury Township, NJ. We also ship nationwide when needed; shipping costs and timelines will be confirmed at checkout or in your quote.

Limitation of Liability

Roxbury Custom Vinyl's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
