Roxbury Custom Vinyl is a veteran-owned, family-run print shop based in Roxbury, NJ. Since 2020, we've been turning ideas into custom apparel, decals, and gear — for families, teams, businesses, and everyone in between.
Our Story
Roxbury Custom Vinyl started with a simple idea: custom apparel and print work should be personal, fast, and genuinely well made. What began as a small operation out of Roxbury Township has grown into a shop trusted by local schools, sports teams, churches, businesses, and families across North Jersey — and we still ship anywhere in the U.S.
We're proud to be veteran-owned and family-run. That means every order gets treated like it matters — because to us, it does. Scott M.
Scott founded Roxbury Custom Vinyl on quality and trust. But ask him what matters most and he'll tell you straight: his wife and kids are what he lives for. This company is something they built together, and getting to spend that time as a family is the best part of it.
President
Jean M.
Jean is Scott's wife and a full-time school teacher, bringing the same patience, organization, and heart she gives her students right back into this business. Her passion for the company runs just as deep as her passion for teaching.
Vice President
Emily M.
Emily is Scott and Jean's daughter, and one of the most genuine people you'll meet. Between cheerleading and hanging out with her friends, she still makes time to jump in and help wherever the business needs her.

Lizzie M.
Lizzie is the youngest of the family and the one with the flair. When she's not busy with sports or her friends, she's the voice behind the brand — bragging (rightfully) about everything Roxbury Custom Vinyl can do.

Brian P.
Brian started The Outdoorsman's Lab from a lifetime spent outdoors and alongside great dogs. For more than 20 years, hunting, fishing, and raising dogs hasn't just been something he does — it's shaped who he is. That passion grew into something more than a hobby: locally made, dog-inspired products built with durability, personality, and a fun, fresh style. As COO, Brian brings that same drive and attention to detail to how Roxbury Custom Vinyl runs day to day.

From the moment they met, it was clear they shared the same drive: two guys with endless talent and a refusal to settle for "good enough." Since then, they've been heavily invested in each other's companies, trading ideas, lending a hand, and pushing one another to make Roxbury Custom Vinyl and The Outdoorsman's Lab the best they can possibly be.
