How fast can you turnaround a custom t-shirt order?

Most orders are ready within 2-5 business days. Need it faster? Rush orders are available for same-day or next-day turnaround. Same-day orders must be placed before 1 PM EST.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Nope! We handle everything from single custom shirts to bulk team orders of 500+. Whether you need 1 shirt or 100, we've got you covered.

What areas do you serve?

We run Roxbury Custom Vinyl from our home base in Roxbury, NJ and serve all of Northern NJ — Morris, Somerset, Essex, Passaic, Bergen, Sussex, and Warren counties — with free local pickup, or pickup/delivery anywhere in those 7 counties for a small fee. We ship nationwide too.

What printing methods do you offer?

We specialize in DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers, vinyl heat press, and sublimation printing. We'll recommend the best method based on your design, garment type, and quantity.

Can you help me design my artwork?

Absolutely! If you don't have artwork ready, our team can create a custom design for you. Just describe what you want — colors, style, text, logos — and we'll bring it to life.

What types of products can you customize?

T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, caps, mugs, tumblers, water bottles, mousepads, car decals, window graphics, cup wraps, and more. If it can be printed on, we can probably do it.

How much does custom apparel cost?

Pricing depends on quantity, design complexity, garment type, and print locations. Basic tees start very affordable and go up from there. Fill out our quote form and we'll send you a detailed estimate within hours.

Do you offer team and bulk order discounts?

Yes! The more you order, the more you save. We offer tiered pricing for teams, schools, businesses, and events. Contact us for a custom bulk quote.

What is DTF printing?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method where your design is printed onto a special film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. It produces vibrant, full-color prints on cotton, polyester, and blends — no screens, no setup costs, and no minimums required.

How is DTF different from screen printing?

Screen printing makes sense for huge runs of one design, since setup costs get spread across hundreds of shirts. DTF skips all of that — no screens, no per-color charges, and full color with fine detail comes standard. That's why it's a great fit for the smaller and mid-size orders most of our customers need.

Are there color limits or extra charges for multi-color designs?

None! Full-color designs, gradients, and photo-quality images all print at the same price. DTF has no setup fees and no per-color charges — unlike traditional screen printing, where every additional color adds cost.

How durable are DTF transfers — will they crack, peel, or fade?

When applied and cared for correctly, our DTF prints are built to last through regular washing without cracking, peeling, or fading. For the longest life, wash finished garments inside out in cold water.

What's the cutoff time for rush or same-day orders?

Rush orders for same-day turnaround must be placed by 1 PM EST. Orders placed after that, or without rush service, are queued as standard and are typically ready within 2-5 business days.

Is there a cost for shipping, or is local pickup really free?

Local pickup in Roxbury, NJ is always free. Pickup or delivery anywhere else in our 7-county Northern NJ service area carries a small fee based on distance, and we ship nationwide for a standard shipping rate.

What file format and resolution should I submit my artwork in?

For the sharpest results, send a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI. Don't have print-ready artwork? No problem — our team can clean up your file or design something from scratch.

Can you match my exact brand colors?

We do our best to get your brand colors as close as possible using our calibrated printing process, though exact Pantone matching can vary slightly by fabric type. Send us your brand colors and we'll get as close as technically possible.

Do you charge for design work?

Your first design concept, based on your ideas, is free and presented before any quote is finalized. Small tweaks and refinements on that concept are free too. A fee applies only if you'd like us to explore a substantially different concept, or if you'd like to keep and use a design we created without moving forward with an order. What's your policy if something's wrong with my order?

We stand behind every order. If we made an error — wrong design, size, color, or a defective print — we'll gladly redo it until it's right, or issue store credit toward a future order. Just reach out within 7 days with a photo of the issue. See our full Redo & Store Credit Policy for details.
