Most customers never see what happens between sending us a logo and picking up a finished order. Here's the honest version.
Step one: the file gets checked. This is the stage where most delays get caught early instead of after printing.
Step two: we confirm the method. Based on your design, fabric, and quantity, we settle on DTF, vinyl, or sublimation — whichever fits the order best.
Step three: production. Looks different depending on the method — film printer and heat press for DTF, cutting and weeding for vinyl, or dye transfer for sublimation.
Step four: quality check. Every order gets a look-over before it's called finished.
Step five: it's ready. Folded, packaged, and either ready for pickup or headed out for delivery.
The whole process usually takes a matter of days for a standard order.
